Provide complete trip details when booking—your pickup location, any intermediate stops, destination, travel date and time so we can assign the most suitable vehicle for your journey.
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability. While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested, a similar category vehicle may be arranged during peak demand.
All bookings must be confirmed through the Kerala Taxi Cab office. If you contact the driver directly without our office's involvement, the agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

To confirm your reservation, pay 25% of the total fare in advance. A further 50% is due when you board the vehicle, and the remaining 25% is payable on completion of your journey.
Tolls, parking fees, inter-state permits and inter-state taxes are payable by the passenger in addition to the quoted fare, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees). Fares during festive or peak seasons such as Onam, Christmas, Diwali and New Year may differ from standard rates.

The 25% advance payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
All cancellation requests must be communicated via email or through our office so that they can be officially recorded.
Changes to your itinerary are accommodated where possible and may affect the final fare based on additional distance or time.

The driver's regular duty hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overtime is charged at Rs. 300 per hour; this does not apply to genuine emergencies or arrival/departure situations.
Reasonable waiting time is included in local trips. Extended waiting beyond the agreed schedule may attract additional charges.

We provide 24/7 airport pickup and drop services to and from all major Kerala airports including Kochi, Trivandrum, Kozhikode and Kannur.
Please share your flight number and timing in advance. Delays caused by flight rescheduling or airport procedures are beyond the operator's control.

Outstation and long-distance journeys to neighbouring states are billed based on total distance, number of days and applicable driver allowances.
For one-way drop-off trips, the rental fee is calculated based on the return distance of the vehicle in kilometres.

Our drivers are experienced and police-verified, committed to driving safely and courteously while following all traffic rules and regulations.
Drivers will maintain professional conduct and assist passengers to the best of their ability throughout the journey.
Air conditioning is available while the vehicle is in operation and is not intended for use during idle or parked periods.

Please fasten your seatbelt for a secure trip and open and close the vehicle doors gently.
Smoking, alcohol and consumption of food or beverages inside the cab are strictly prohibited. Kindly refrain from placing feet on the seats.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will attract standard repair charges. Additional cleaning charges apply for soiling of the seats or floor.
Please be polite to the taxi driver and cooperate for a safe and pleasant journey.

Luggage should be within the reasonable capacity of the booked vehicle. For groups with heavy baggage, please inform us at the time of booking so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
Passengers are advised to secure their valuables. The driver or Kerala Taxi Cab cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to belongings.

The operator/driver shall not be liable for delays, itinerary changes or expenses arising from natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, adverse weather, illness, landslides, political closures or other unforeseen events.
Vehicles are not permitted for off-road use. For the safety of everyone, children should not travel in the front seat.

Your personal details are collected only to process your booking and provide our services. We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.
