Driver's normal duty time will be 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Extra time service according to the location of hotels and shall be charged accordingly (as per the booking confirmation) and not applicable for emergency/arrival/pick up. Please ensure proper rest to the driver for the safety of your travel.
Usage of A/c during idle condition (not running time) is restricted (A/c only on running time).
Use seatbelt for a safe journey & doors to be open & close softly.
Any type of food, drinks, pan, liquors, smoking, are strictly not allowed inside the cab.
Please make sure that everyone is entirely dry and sand free before utilizing the vehicle in the event while getting wet at locations like beaches or waterfalls as this would damage the vehicle seats and flooring.
Pay 25% of the rent when booking a taxi, pay 75% when boarding the vehicle and pay the remaining 25% at the end of the journey.
When booking a taxi, you need to specify the pickup, top off locations and destinations.
Be polite to the taxi driver.
25% advance will not be refunded if the booking is canceled within 24 hours.
If you want to make a drop on one side, the rent will be based on the number of KM you return.
Vomiting on seats and floor are subjected to additional cleaning charges payable at nearby service centre's directly by the passenger (Rs.600/- to Rs.1,000/-). Kindly carry plastic bag for sudden vomiting.
Hotels/Resorts should have parking and toilet facilities for drivers, not extra charges need to be paid for availing the nearby pay & park or dormitory. (Applicable for cab only packages).
Don't step on the seat and back side of the front seat.
Vehicles cannot be used for any kind of off-road services. Kindly avoid travelling with kids in the front seat.
Operator/Driver shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment's, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
If you call the taxi driver directly at time without kerala taxi cab office intervention, the agency is not responsible for any consequences that may arise.
Passengers must pay toll, parking, inter-state permit, inter-state tax too.
You must keep your valuables safe, the driver or kerala taxi cab is not responsible.
If the passenger has caused any damage to the taxi there should be a charge for repairs.
